Aetna, Cigna, Lifewise, Premera, First Choice & some Group Health plans
Some insurances, like some Group Health plans, have a First Choice logo on the card. If your card has this logo, I can bill for you. Actually, if you have ANY insurance plan that has a First Choice logo on it, I can bill for you (as long as you have acupuncture coverage). Please always verify that you have acupuncture coverage with your insurance.
If your insurance company is not listed here, ask them if they cover “out-of-network providers” for acupuncture. If they do, in most cases, I can bill for you and will be happy to do so.
